Client: Carr family residence
Technical Spec: Heatpumps for lounge and main bedroom
The Carr family home is light, modern and architectural, and has stunning ocean views. ESP technologies designed a heatpump system to meet the family’s heating and cooling requirements, while being as unobtrusive as possible both inside and out.
A Daikin floor console heatpump was recessed into a wall in the dining area. Its location ensures effective and unobstructed air-flow through the dining and living areas and the outdoor unit was located out of sight of both the indoor and outdoor living areas.
A similar style Daikin floor console was recessed into a wall in the main bedroom and positioned to heat the bedroom and direct airflow toward the hallway. The outdoor unit was located on the side of the garage in order to protect the home’s aesthetics and reduce noise in the bedrooms.
Eric Carr was impressed with the speedy, friendly and professional ESP Technologies’ service and said, “Within two days of their first visit we had a detailed and professional quote, which compared favourably with others we’d received. ESP was able to work in with our request to recess the units and I was absolutely amazed at the level of preparation, workmanship and finish of the install. There were no shortcuts; their work meets all building and electrical regulations and comes with all of the required certificates and warranties.”
“We would not hesitate in using the services of ESP Technologies in the future. After using the heating over winter and cooling in summer, we are extremely satisfied customers.” said Mr Carr.
